You might like to keep every email its separate entity and not group them by the topic. You can turn off the conversation view from Gmail's settings.
1. Go to Gmail's settings from the cogwheel on the top right corner
2. Scroll down to conversation view and turn it off
3. Save changes from the bottom of the page!
